Erin Kellison, Darkness Falls, Reveler Series 1

Synopsys: In dreams he comes to her…

Agent Malcolm Rook is hunting for people with the rarest of talents—the ability to master dreams. He finds the undeniably gifted Jordan Lane, but she’s wary of mysterious Rook and resists his pursuit as long as she can. Yet the dreamwaters they enter are too exhilarating to resist, and attraction soon ignites electric passions. Delving too deep stirs a nightmare, one they must defeat, or be forever lost to darkness.

Darkness Falls is the first installment in the Reveler serial, a hot paranormal romance set in a world where shared dreaming is a new pop culture phenomenon that allows people to indulge their wildest fantasies. But there are also unknown dangers Darkside; nightmares are slowly infiltrating not only dreams, but the waking world as well.

Revel with me.

My Review:

Erin Kellison, Darkness Falls, Reveler Series Book 1

Erin Kellison has come up with something very original. It’s unlike anything I’ve read previously. When Jordan Lane accompanies her rebellious, troublesome sister to the newest pop culture phenomenon, she has reservations about being there to begin with. Shared dreaming has been deemed legal and safe, but then so are roller coasters and skydiving. Malcolm Rook is hunting for people with the rarest of talents and is amazed to find out it’s Jordan. Attraction ignites and nightmares become real. There is a cliffhanger but in my opinion it’s worth waiting for the HEA. The two main characters are drawn to each other from the moment they lay eyes on each other. The villain(s) are not revealed fully until the end, hence giving it suspense. Warning: Do not go too deep into the dreamwaters, you may not come back out! Copy gifted by the Publisher in exchange for an honest review.
